Thank you for choosing 80WEST. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase(s). However, if you find yourself not entirely satisfied with the item(s) you've received, you have the option to return them to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they remain in their in their original, unused, unopened, or unworn condition along with all packaging.Upon return, you'll receive store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We're happy to provide you with a store credit, excluding delivery costs, once you return the item(s) to us unused and with tags intact. Please make sure to use a trackable and insured shipping service for your return, providing proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during transit. Please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your return for processing.
If items are returned outside of the specified time frame, we reserve the right to return them to you.
