SHIPPING
All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment verification.
We're happy to provide you with a store credit, excluding delivery costs, once you return the item(s) to us unused and with tags intact. Please make sure to use a trackable and insured shipping service for your return, providing proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during transit. Please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your return for processing. If items are returned outside of the specified time frame, we reserve the right to return them to you.
You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.
We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.
REROUTED PACKAGES
Please ensure shipping address is correct upon receiving order conformation email, as we do not manually input the addresses.
If there's an address error, please email 80WEST within 4 hours of receiving the confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be accommodated.
